California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Information
Crystal Creamery complies with federal, state, and foreign laws regarding labor practices in all parts of the world where we operate. On January 1, 2012, the Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657) took effect which requires large retailers and manufacturers to disclose publicly their efforts, if any, to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains. In compliance with this law, we are not aware that any supplier to our company, whether located within or without the United States, has ever been accused of engaging in forced labor or human trafficking. We are dedicated to only work with reputable suppliers and we will cease doing business with any supplier found to be in violation with our policy on human trafficking and slavery.
