With a plant located in the heart of California, Crystal Creamery receives milk around the clock for its processing needs.

Our Modesto plant is a full service location that includes the manufacturing of milk, juices, ice cream, sour cream, cottage cheese and specialty dry powders and mixes.


Utilizing nineteen high-speed fill lines, fresh milk and juice is packaged daily to meet the needs our customers. Plastic bottle packaging is created "just in time" to insure optimum purity.

Over the years, the capacity to produce ice cream, cottage cheese, sour cream and specialty butter products has been increased greatly to meet the demands of the marketplace.

2002: New orange juice receivng bay and storage
2003: New two-level Ice cream/sour cream/cottage cheese Plant
2003: Additional cold storage and loading bays
2006: New administrative office complex in Modesto
