Crystal Creamery Executive Team

Our executive team is composed of a seasoned group of leaders who bring more than 80 years of combined dairy experience to Crystal Creamery.

Frank Otis - President & CEO

Frank joind Crystal Creamery in 2012 and brought with him more than 19 years of leadership expeirence in the dairy industry including 10 years of experience as President and CEO.

Before joining Crystal, Frank spent 4 years as President and CEO of Aloutte Cheese USA llc. He also spent more than 6 years running Kellers Creamery. Prior to that Frank spent 9 years at Alta Dena Dairy where he gained experience in a variety of areas ultimately serving as the VP/General Manager leading their financial turnaround.

Mark Shaw, Chief Financial Officer

Mark joined Crystal Creamery in 2013 and oversees all financial areas.

Mark's been in the dairy business in one form or another for more than 25 years starting as the Dairy Manager as Jewel Foods while in school. After graduation he went to work for Dean Foods. During his years at Dean, Mark held a number of roles. Most recently he reported to the CFO of the Dairy Group where he was in charge of integrating new acquisitions and leading large, strategic projects. Prior to that he held roles from Staff Account to Assistant Controller to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Dennis Dalton, Vice President Operations

Dennis joined Crystal Creamery in 2012 and has overall responsibility for the area of Operations including Procurement, Receiving, Multi-Plant Processing, Warehousing, Shipping and Distribution/Logistics.

Dennis has over 30 years of experience with non-food and food industries including dairy. He began his career with Frito-Lay, a division of Pepsico. During his tenure, he developed a strong operational foundation. Dennis expanded his skillsets with companies such as Sparkletts Drinking Water, Alta Dena Dairy and Office Depot.

Luis Miranda, Vice President Human Resources

Luis has been with Crystal Creamery for nearly 12 years. He has overall responsibility for Human Resources, Payroll, Safety and the Environmental and Sustainability efforts.

Prior to his work at Crystal Creamery, Luis worked 20 years at Foster Farms Poultry. While at Foster Farms he held positions of responsibility in manufacturing splitting his time between Human Resources and Plant operations.
