  Yogurt Cinnamon Muffins
  8 Muffins
  Ingredient List:

1 Cup Flour
3 Tbs Sugar
2 Tsp Ground cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking powder
Tsp Baking soda
Tsp Ground nutmeg
1/8 Tsp Salt
1 Ea Egg (at room temp)
Cup Foster Farms Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
3 Tbs Foster Farms Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 400. Spray eight muffin cups with nonstick spray or line with papers.

In a medium bowl, sift together the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat on low speed until blended. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened

Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool.
